Common questions

How is this different from an agency?

An agency puts a project manager, a designer and a developer between you and the work. Here you talk directly to me, and I do all three parts.

What does it cost?

Ongoing work I bill monthly, with no lock-in. We set the price after the walkthrough. Scoped projects get a fixed price and a date.

What happens if you are sick or away?

You know about time off in advance. If I get sick I let you know, and since I only have a few clients at a time there is usually room to catch up. Everything lives in your theme and your store, so nothing is tied to me.

How fast do you respond?

Almost always the same day.

Can you build a whole new theme?

Yes. I also do rebuilds of existing themes and migrations. Once the theme is live, the ongoing work usually starts from there.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Everything lives in your store from day one.
