The Launch package requires a 50% deposit to secure your spot in my schedule, with the remaining 50% due before the store goes live. This split payment approach helps distribute the investment while ensuring a commitment from both parties.

Absolutely. The Launch package is built on a scalable foundation that makes future upgrades straightforward. Many clients start with Launch and then add features incrementally as their business grows, or upgrade to Boost or Prime packages for their next phase of development.
What if I need more than 50 products?
The Launch package includes assistance with setting up to 50 products. If you have more products, we can either upgrade to the Boost package (up to 250 products) or arrange an additional service fee for product setup beyond the included 50 SKUs.
Do I own the code after the project?
Yes, you fully own the custom theme code developed for your store. You receive the complete codebase along with documentation, allowing you to maintain or extend the theme in the future, either working with me or another developer of your choice.
What happens after the 30-day support period ends?
After the included 30-day support period, you can choose from several options: purchase additional support time as needed, sign up for a monthly maintenance plan, or manage the store independently using the provided documentation and training. Many Launch clients opt for a small monthly retainer to ensure ongoing support.
Is the Launch package suitable for migrating from another platform?
The Launch package can be adapted for simple platform migrations, but more complex migrations (with large product catalogs or custom functionality) may require the Boost or Prime package. During our discovery call, we can assess your migration needs and recommend the most appropriate solution.
